Job Description

  • REQUIRED HR PERFORMANCE  ANALYST   FOR PRODUCTIVITY MAPPING & MONTHLY QUATERLY PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF POSITION HOLDER & DEPT KEY TEAM
  • Understand HR terminology  & fluent in WRITTEN & VIRBAL communication with proper backup  of employee data 
  • Identify the Key Performance linked productivity measures and criteria to evaluate and review 
  • Responsible for creating database of productivity of department & position holder at Manba for Sr. Team & management review 
  • Tracking of progress report as per criteria on a monthly, quaterly, halfyearly and annualy
  • Review & revise JD (technical & behavioural), KRA & Targets with Team, line Manager  and Head HR
  • Identify Skill and Competency  required and gap observed for HR and Department initiative to improve
  • Preparing Data & compile report for for management, Department Head/ leads and HR Head 
  • Analyse total Employee Cost with Company CA in organisation standard
  • Communicate with MD & Group A team in frequent basis
  • Excellent in Advance Excel working & PPT
  • Followup for report with TL/ line manager and Mail to HOD
  • Scheduling Meeting of HR Head, HOD, HRBP for planning and further action
  • Manage Yearly appraisal and review 
  • Creating Appraisal data base ( Quaterly Reports)
  • Taking Inputs from HODs on Monthly performance criteria
  • Making Alert mail followup report to employee through HR for target Achievement
  • Checkout Attendance, Absenteeism & punctuality with TL/imm Head
  • Update HRBP with data for Salary Working from HOD ( Monthly)
  • Maintaining Database of HR related like organisation Chart
  • Support with data for Reward & recognition
  • Must have good personality and vocal to present his task

9. LOCAL PREFFERED 
10. ANY DATA ANALYST, MIS EXPERT FROM HR BACKGROUND
