Responsible & accountable to managing HR Connect & deliveries for assigned Business Divisions & Branch.
Handling Entire Employee Life Cycle of Assigned Division from entry to exit.
Accountable for on time execution of assigned HR role & responsibility.
Understanding Dept. need and identifying the HR contributions and initiatives
Reporting to Head HR - Daily update of Task planned and closed for a Day
Generating summary report of Headcount ( Monthly )
Maintaining proper HRIS & Employee Database on monthly basis as required.
Responsible for End to End recruitment cycle (Opening & Closing) within TAT
Scheduling for interview , initiate negotiation & Offer Release
Daily EOD status to Recruiter of selection & rejection list with keyword & DO NOT DO.
Application of Recruitment Matrix to measure hiring effectiveness.
Designing and Drafting JD , JS & KRA with TL/ Imm. Sup
Planning & Executing smooth Joining Formalities & Induction training program
Sending Welcome Mail, Assigning Buddy & regular follow-up with feedback
Monthly/ Quarterly performance review as per productivity guideline of position holder.
Keeping eye on Performance Highlight, Appreciate and Alert
Coordinating for Employee Engagement for floor wise & festive celbration
SPOC for ER Employee Life Cycle, Leaves, Attendance, loan, grievance, Job clarity,
Performance, Promotion & Shuffling, letters issue, exists, etc.
Coordination & Closing Exist Handover & FNF settlement
Maintaining Discipline & Decorum as per company Policy
Conducting Meeting with employees ,line Manage & Head HR
Cooperating for Talent Development
Coordinating for Talent Management Appraisal cycle, R&R
Create Input sheet for salary Working & Send to Admin
Attendance check of respective team for salary & providing inputs to Admin hR
Sales Target based Input followup with RM for salary release and HOLD.
Salary Account Opening Follow-up with Admin HR & Closing before salary disbursement
Asset Management Requisition raise, Coordination , arrange & tracking
Daily TO DO & EOD for task completion to Head HR
HR ROUND & STRONG FOLLOWUP FOR HR CONNECT & ONTIME COMMUNICATION
Required Candidate profilePreferred industry is BFSI/ NBFC/ BPO / E commerce/ Manufacturing majorly.
Have Worked for Small scale or Startup will also work
Have Had Managed the team of 200 + headcount
Good HR Functional knowledge
Aggressive, Quick, proactive, multitasking , smart in approaching
Problem Solving skill & Self motivated
Go getter Attitude and flexible to mold as per industry.
Good Communication Skill and learning ability
Must be from near by for ease transportation.
